Heya fellas. My character idea is a long range support type, heavily inspired by both Malfurion and Ana from Heroes of the Storm, with the ult making the character basically a Desolator from Red Alert 2.
Lore wise I haven't thought very far, but I was imagining a WW1 veteran (if that conflict still happens in this universe) who fought on the Mesopotamian Front and was involved with chemical weapons, and later moved to New York to become a medical doctor. Although they crave experimenting with chemical weapons again, they have so far honored their Hippocratic Oath. With the ritual on the rise, however, it gives them more than enough reason to break some rules...
Also haven't put much thought into their appearance, but I think a gas mask or bandana with goggles sort of deal would look sick, maybe a cloak and a hood too.
Overview: Backline support, squishy like Paige or Rem. 1 and 3 change the character's next shot fired into a special round, either healing allies or hurting enemies. To get the most out of their kit though, the player will have to make good use of their 2, Hit and Run, which performs a short roll that grants bonuses if colliding with an enemy hero. Their first ult activation is similar to Venator in that it becomes a separate weapon with bonuses, but it can also be reactivated to create a toxic area of effect.
Abilities:

Weapon: I was thinking a bolt action rifle to fit the WW1 theme, modified by the character to fit the custom rounds they've made with some purple and green glowy vials or something attached to it. Slow firing, accurate, with a small mag size kind of like Silver's gun.
Notes:
- Take the damage and debuff numbers with a grain of salt, I didn't spend much time thinking about them.
- Hit and Run is kind of overloaded, but I was struggling trying to figure out how to reward the player for rolling into the enemy without getting immediately Abrams charged into the enemy guardian or something, which is why I added a short silence to it. Overall it's supposed to be high risk high reward, but it might be too oppressive against immobile characters.
- The general combo is to hit allies with Inoculating Round and then get most of your healing value out of hitting enemies with Radioactive Round, which activates the burst heal on allies under the effect of the healing over time.
- I was imagining roaming being particularly good on this character; since you can hit your allies from any distance with Inoculating Round, you can hit your lane partner from the bridges or somewhere, giving them healing but still ganking another lane. Or, simply just hitting them in lane and doing a short box route with the extra movement speed.
- Radioactive Round also can hit enemies from any range; although the extra damage is fixed, it's on top of your regular bullet damage which suffers from falloff, so maybe you could use it to tag enemies for scouting without it being oppressive at long distances.
Anyway, thanks for reading all the way through, I love characters that are able to interact with their allies a lot so I had a lot of fun coming up with this one. Feel free to roast me if there's anything glaringly bad about my ideas.
