Simon is a male natural born Arachne that is obsessed with learning about other creatures. In his free time, he will wander throughout his forest and use his spiderlings to observe and admire how the animals hunt, live, play, and how they socialize. When he wasn't occupied with his hobby he would fortify, repair, and help his other Arachne in their home where he could. But, due to the current indusial revolution more and more humans were coming through the forest and started making towns/cities nearby that started to interrupt his hobby of observing the other forest animals by making them paranoid of the nearby humans. He heard Rumors from passing humans of a ritual that would grant any wish to the person who completed it. To stop his hobby from being interrupted and to find out more information about humans he decided to join the ritual. He wants nothing more than the peaceful life in the forest back
Weapon
His weapon will be his Claws from his arms. He would be a true melee with his abilities to greatly compensate for the reasoning why
Abilities
Note: his abilities are heavily inspired by Abathur from HOTS
Ability 1: Observation
Simon will transfer his consciousness to a spiderling that will attach themselves to an ally's shoulder that he selected within his abilities range (the starting range would be small enough only be able to reach one lane safely). While in this state his body will be wrapped in a cocoon by his other spiderlings to protect him but, as he stays longer attached to this ally his spiderlings will continue to make a bigger web around him accidently showing nearby enemies where he is hiding by the webs surrounding his hiding place. While attached to his ally he will be able to shoot a concentrated web bullet at his crosshair location (Note this would have a soft lock on similar to Armor Core 6 but the lock on area would be a big as a dime on your screen. it's to help with how disorientating it would be to aim while attached to an ally). The spiderling will adopt his gun stats and items that he buys and provides the attached ally with 4 health regen. Pressing 1 again cancels this ability and return you back to Simon
Simon will Spit a Web that will root an enemy for 3 seconds. While in his first ability this is instead changed to a venomous spit that when enemies are hit by will take spirit damage.
Simon summons two spiderlings on his shoulders that inherit his gun stats and items and automatically target nearby enemies for 5 seconds. While in his first ability he will summon two spider minions from his ally that will push the closest lane or attack the closest enemy hero in range then go towards the closest lane. These spiderlings do not inherit his gun stats but gain health/damage scaling with his spirit and do not have a duration once summon and will only die after being killed by an enemy/minion/tower.
Simion starts a channel for 5 seconds and wraps himself with the strongest silk he can use making him immune to damage after he's done. When the channel is done, he has 6 seconds to select a location on the map where a Goliath spider he will control appears in the sky on a web. While in this mode Simons abilities will change. His weapon will be a leg stab that inherits his gun stats and items with a range similar to Viscous base puddle punch and has a slower base fire rate. Ability 1 will now be a Roar that reveals nearby enemies. Ability 2 will be a Venomous javelin that pierces terrain and deals spirit damage. Ability 3 will summon one spiderling on each nearby ally's shoulder similar to his Ability 3 these spiderlings last for only 3 seconds and inherit his weapons stats and items. Pressing the fourth ability again will cancel the ability early.
I really like how Abathur plays in HOTS and am really sad that another moba hasn't ever really tried to make a character that is similar (not you Yumi) to him in the way that he is a map controller and omnipresent on the map. Let me know how you think of him

- T1: Gain a 400 hp barrier while wrapped in a cocoon
- T2: Enemies within a 15m radius of Simon or his Spiderlings are revealed on the map
- T3: Gain 200% ability range for this ability (Lets you connect with allies farther away)

- T3: Web and Spit will both reduce enemies fire rate by 30% for 4 seconds

- T2: Your abilities while as Goliath gain their boon upgrades. (EX: First ability grants a 400hp shield to nearby allies and gets the range bonus, second has charges and gets the fire rate slow, ability 3 gains the ramping attack speed, duration extension, and cooldown reduction)
- T3: Using the third ability while in this mode will spawn 1 spiderling in each lane
I really like how Abathur plays in HOTS and am really sad that another moba hasn't ever really tried to make a character that is similar (not you Yumi) to him in the way that he is a map controller and omnipresent on the map. Let me know how you think of him
