I always liked a mobile nuke hero that doesn't shy away from the fight, and I played a similar type of hero for a long time in DotA.
Which led me to this hero with an untamed personality and a hunger for a fight.
Name: RUKK LUXOR
Personality: Uncaged, Feral and Fierce
Kit type: Brawler, Disabler, Nuker
FIRST ABILITY: Similar to Elder Titan ability from DotA with more flash.
SECOND ABILITY: This ability requires channeling to active. It will also require some amount of skill to successfully inflict your debuff on the enemy hero, which is also one of the two ways to proc fear debuff on enemy heroes. Plus, it comes with 15 sec buff to help you get up close and personal.
THIRD ABILITY: Simple passive ability that gets activated when you are a below certain HP threshold. It starts with 30% and it can be scaled as you level it up.
ULTIMATE: This ability can be very effective in teamfights, and it could be even more efficacious if it is mixed with certain hero abilities.
