Moth rider [Trapper rework - new hero concept]

I used to love Trapper's trap back when he was available, so I decided to yank that ability to create a new hero concept that synergizes better with that ability.

Trapper's old kit didn't really synergize with his traps all that much, so I wanted to fix that by designing this hero to lure enemies into trapped zones by limiting the visibility of the traps and pulling allies into the trapped zones, while dealing more damage when enemies step into the wrong position with your stationary M1 bullets.
