[Hero Concept] - Puppeteer (no, he does not have mind control, sorry)

This hero is based on a hero from my old MOBA game [a small project of mine, never been released and never will be]

Lore: Just like Oathkeeper, Pupeteer is a spirit, however, he destroyed his host's soul and gained complete control over his body. But the spirit could not manage to controll the whole body, so his movements are very limited and what's even worse, the body starts to rot. He needs to find another body, before this is gone.

Aesthetics: Slack movements, like a dragged puppet

Gameplay style: Glass cannon with the ability to turn the fight around mechanics.

Gun: mid range slow projectiles.

Ability 1:
Shadow guidance [15m range]

Passive: The shadow floats around you and attacks for 50 + 0.3 damage the closest enemy in front of you every 2 seconds. [Prioritizes heroes near your crosshair]
Active: Trigger passive ability out of turn, not affecting passive cooldown. [Charged, 3s between charges, 1 charge at start, 30s CD]

T1: +1 charge
T2: +10 range
T3: Deals 50% of the damage in the next 3 seconds [Does not stack]

Ability 2.a:
Astral Step [40s CD]

Drag the body away from this plane and become invisible for 1 second. Gain double move speed. Disables attack and stamina usage. Close enemies can see you through invis. No fade time.

T1: Apply 20% slow for enemies within 7 range for 2 seconds
T2: Allows stamina usage, +1 stamina on cast
T3: Complete invisibility and invulnerability for the duration

Ability 3:
Soul Exposure [47s CD]

Fire an orb, that deals 100 + 0.4 damage and slows the first enemy it hits. Allied heroes gain 60% lifesteal on target for the next 2 seconds. 1 second windup time, but can hold an orb for 2 seconds.
30% slow
Healing does not work on creeps, structures, midboss.

T1: -10s CD
T2: -20% spirit and bullet resist on target
T3: Disables stamina usage

Ability 4:
Embrace the darkness [150s CD] [10s duration]

Morph into a powerful creature, gaining splash attack and bonus damage. Silences and disables your passives, slows you down 20%.
+30 + 0.2 bonus bullet damage

[Transforms your gun into shooting Viscous alt fire balls, that fly straight and have no falloff range]

T1: +10 bonus bullet damage
T2: Projectiles become homing
T2 alt1: Gain 600 shield
T2 alt2: Direct hits count as headshots
T3: Can cast abilities and use items
