NOS (The Speedster)
Character Design: Smaller build guy, wearing Nascar type uniform, slicked back hair and goggles.


Lore: Nicholas, better known on the streets of New York as NOS, is the greatest street racer in North America. Hustling money from racing is his forte and winning cars is a bonus, but most of all he likes to go fast. Speed is the name of the game and NOS is player number 1, the streets of New York are only the playground. Many have tried to claim his title as the best, but none have been able to even come close to beating him in a race. Try your luck and try to beat NOS, that's if you can even catch him.

Auto-Attack: Lug-Nut Launcher
Using a modified impact wrench, NOS launches lug nuts at high speed dealing X bullet damage to the first enemy hit.


Ability 1 Siphon: NOS Shoots out a gas line that attaches to the first enemy hero hit, stealing X amount of movent speed (lowers enemy movement speed while increasing his own movement speed by the same amount) also deals X amount of spirit damage while the line remains attached. If the enemy hero moves more than X meters away the line is detached.
[Upgrade 1: Increases the distance Siphon can stay attached before breaking by X meters
Upgrade 2: Reduces the cooldown of Siphon by X seconds
Upgrade 3: While Siphon remains attatched, deal X max hp% spirit damage]


Ability 2 Keep up!: When activated, Keep up! Grants NOS X amount of movement speed and X amount fire rate increase slowly decaying over X seconds.

Upgrade 2: Increases fire rate gained by Keep up! By X%
Upgrade 3: NOS can activate this ability a second time within X seconds to launch a tire moving at X meters/second colliding with the first enemy hit, dealing X spirit damage and stunning the enemy for X seconds]


Ability 3 Overtake (passive): Every successful Auto Attack against an enemy hero applies X% Movement speed slow, stacking up to X times. After X seconds the stacks begin to decay, restoring movement speed to the enemy.
[Upgrade 1: Increases the movement speed slow% per stack by X%
Upgrade 2: Increases the duration of Overtake before it begins to decay
Upgrade 3: NOS gains bonus bullet damage based on his movement speed equal to X% of bonus movement speed (changes dynamically with ability activations and item activations)]


Ability 4 Crash test!: NOS gets in his favorite race car, after a brief wind up NOS drives forward at X meters/second. Upon colliding with terrain or an enemy hero the car explodes dealing X spirit damage to all enemies hit in a X meters diameter (more damage towards the point of impact, less damage the further away the enemy is) and applying a decaying slow starting at X% movement speed and decaying over X seconds.
[Upgrade 1: Crash test! Now also applies a burn effect dealing X spirit damage over X seconds
Upgrade 2: Increases the speed of Crash Test by X meters/second and reduces the wind up time by X seconds
Upgrade 3: Reduces the cooldown of Crash test! By X seconds]
