Dmitry the Appraiser
Backstory:
A gemotogolist who works in a store, apprasing gems for customers. One day a customer sells him a diamond with mystical properties that will chance his life forever.
Weapon:
Single bolt rifle
1 Appraisive Shots
Activate to enhance your gun with 3 shots, dealing extra damage. If a shot hits, it slows the target down by a small amount, if all 3 shots land the target is rooted for 1s.
2 Blinding Diamond
Creates a blinding diamond in his hand.
Increases weapon spread by 400% of nearby enemies in a large radius around you.
The diamond can be shot at, shattering at a certain damage treshold, ending the ability.
3 Bezel
Target a ground area to send a glass cube down from heaven, over a brief 0.6s duration.
The cube will trap a person inside for a duration and reduce all bullet damage.
Works on self, allies and enemies alike.
May only trap 1 target, finding it's closest target at landing location.
4 Magnifying Glass
A solar beam strikes down from the sky, dealing damage over it's duration. The solar beam has a fixed movement speed and follows the target. The solar flare target will not take any damage if it moves too quickly.
