Hero Concept - Noel, Special OSIC Agent

Heavily inspired by Resident Evil

Weapon Feature - The pistol, while aiming, has a visible laser sight that everyone can see. In return, it ignores distance-based damage falloff and increases damage for precise shots.

Ability 1 - A kick, knocking enemies away from Noel and creating distance.

Ability 2 — Passive: broken boxes can drop Essences
  • Green: health
  • Red: damage
  • Blue: speed
By combining them, you can get healing from the green one and temporary buffs from the others, similar to the herb system in Resident Evil.
You can hold only two Essences at the same time (possibly three with an upgrade). If you pick up a new Essence while already at the limit, it replaces the oldest one.

Ability 3 - Passive: when shooting an enemy hero, their movement speed toward Noel is reduced.

Ultimate - Launches unstable magical matter that explodes upon hitting an enemy or a surface, dealing area damage and applying a 1-second stun at the epicenter of the explosion.
