"It's Disco. Agent Disco."
From the rifts of interstellar space travel crashed a U.F.O. harboring special agent Disco. His primary objective is nullifying threats to his primary home planet. En route he seems to have run into trouble, shot out of the sky by upcoming primitives from planet earth. Armed with only a few ray guns his wits and an alien charm that wouldn't hit earthlings for another thirty years, his only chance for survival is to covertly escape earth, as well as dissection. Despite the green skin, antennae and the ability to speak every language through his universal translator cleverly disguised as a flower... he's not as much as a surprise as he thought he'd be.
The ideas I had for his abilities would be somewhat covert.
For starters, I thought it'd be unique if he was left handed, as this gives him another angle to shoot and peak from while shooting. His Weapon would be mainly a space equivalent of a magnum. I envisioned he got a small clip that would require careful shooting and a decent reload. His Melee would be a glowing finger that he jabs into opponents.
1: He does a sharp melee with an alien "speed loader" and instantly reloads his space magnum, gaining a damage boost and large firing rate buff.
2: For his second ability, I envisioned him holstering his ray gun and pulling two side ray guns from his tacticool bellbottoms, unloading them both in front of him rapidly in a spray that with a short fall off.
3: Thirdly, I get sort of stumped. On one hand I thought he'd be getting a speed buff where he can roam around through alleyways and reveal nearby enemies. He could possibly get a large flash when it's activated.
4: Since I based him off the mothman to some degree, I figure he'd sprout quick wings with crop circle motifs and crash into another player and slam them down. Or do something with telekinesis or a miniature gadget. Maybe a disco ball bomb

Shout out to Hawf, who not only came up with a very similar idea to what I had, sooner, independently, and well more executed, around the same time frame.
