Justice is inspired by the tarot card, judges, and "lady justice" the statue of liberty. I am interested in a character that would have abilities that effect her and her enemies the same way. Skills that would be strong when used wisely but backfire when used poorly. She would be a very chaotic neutral character
She melees with a sword that has a little scale dangling off of it. Heavy melee is a thrust (missable but good range)
I imagine a gilded single (or double) shot antique-style rifle would be cool. She braces the stock against her elbow rather than her shoulder. A low clip size fast reload weapon would be nice.
first ability: take off the blindfold to go on a rampage switching stances to gain move speed, a barrier, and a slight range boost
regular heavy melee is a gavel but in rampage it's a thrust
second ability passive, toggleable: share a percentage of damage between you and enemies
(i imagine this would be like a debuff that would linger for say 5 seconds)
this can be blocked with spirit defense
lvl 1: +2 hp regen
lvl 2: [cooldown/toggle buff?]
lvl 3: 100% damage ?
kneel: target an enemy. for 2*seconds you are both CC'd. Justice on the throne, the enemy kneels.
ult: judgement
target an enemy. for 6 seconds you are both immune to death. whoever has the most hp loss within this time dies
target an enemy. for 10 seconds you both gain 2000 temporary health.
example voice line when you kill lash in his ult 'no one is above justice'
