The ordinary Denizen creep is the creature for whom the phrase 'As dumb as a bag of bricks' was coined. In their natural state, a Jungle creep is supremely incapable of doing or deciding anything. Standing in a circle with their heads in the dirt, they sometimes find themselves at the merciless hands of the fiends attempting to complete some silly ritual. Not especially social creatures even among company, they are sometimes found affectionately consorting with the trash cans and golden idols they have mistaken for kin. However, once every 100 years or so, the Denizen creep race is blessed with the birth of a two-eyed, two-legged Queen, who is immediately given the traditional name of Meggiora, a name held by the only wise beings in her species' history. Now she sets out on a mission to purge the city of anyone who tries to take advantage of her kind, because only she gets to do that.

Kit design philosophy: In my opinion, this game lacks a character that feels like a traditional mage/caster. Almost every spirit nuker has some sort of mobility or escape while also being close ranged instead of the traditional mage identity of crowd-control/sustained long ranged AOE damage. The closest fits currently are Sinclair followed by Grey Talon and Paradox. This kit is designed to add to the “backline mage” space.
Even though she has a stacking passive, she is not intended to be a lategame-carry hero, instead she is intended to be a more aggressive type of “soft support” role, similar to Paradox or Graves. Providing a lot of lockdown and a good amount of damage that falls-off later, while also being incentivized to go deep and steal enemy camps with her (2). She also can’t farm traditionally, since her (2) is her only way of clearing camps due to her passive.
Abilities:
Passive - Meggiora does no damage to Jungle creeps with her primary fire, abilities, or items. She also cannot be targeted by Jungle creeps.
Ectoblast (1) - Shoots a bolt of ectoplasm from her scepter, dealing spirit damage and stunning the target for 0.25s. Stun increase on T2 or T3.
Ignoble (2) - Target an area to manifest a summoning circle on the ground that erupts with a pillar of fire after a 0.35s delay, enemies that are hit take spirit damage and are knocked into the air. Additionally, if this is used on Jungle creeps it instantly clears them, granting the souls and adding a stack to her "Denizen" stacks for each creep hit, stacks increase with camp tier. For each “Denizen” stack, gain [...] cooldown reduction.
Fundlust (3) - Meggiora uses her scepter to telekinetically lift a nearby ally or enemy lane creep (or hero specific creep - McGinnis, Graves) into the air. During this time, pressing the ability button again causes her to fling the creep in the target direction. If it hits, it deals spirit damage, slows the enemy, then the creep dies and provides 2x the normal soul value (Only 1.5x value for allied creeps. This can be used to fully deny allied creeps from enemies). However if it whiffs it does spawn 2 soul orbs so that you, or enemies, can get the value back.
** This ability should require skill to hit consistently. Long cooldown, so it’s intended that you “hold creeps” in advance of a fight so that it's already off cooldown once it's used, held creeps can be shot and killed before thrown to cancel the ability. **
Multicast (4) - Passive: Enables Meggiora to cast her abilities multiple times with each use. There is a blinking golden glowing effect on her scepter and a sound similar to the urn cash in sound when it activates:
- Base: 50% chance to activate and cast ability twice
- 1AP: 50% chance to activate, 50/50 chance between casting twice and three times
- 2AP: 75% chance to activate, 50/50 chance between casting twice and three times
- 3AP: 80% chance to activate, 35/50/15 chance between between casting twice, three times, and 4 times
Active: Meggiora recasts her most recently used basic ability with a guaranteed multicast of 2/3/4/5 (depending on ability level).
Notes on her 4:
The delay between cast times allows Ectoblast and Ignoble chain stuns depending on distance.
(1) and (2) work as you'd think, the knockups and stuns chain one after the other. However, if (2) is multicast on a jungle camp it will add that multicast multiple of the creeps she absorbed to her stacks instead of the base amount.
(3) is a little different. If the first cast is multicast, it clones the creep equal to the multicast (multicast of 2 means that if you grab a creep you are now holding 2 creeps). (3) recast can’t be multicast, and if you use (4) when your last used ability was (3) recast it will cast the ability before that. This does mean that you can pick up more creeps while already holding creeps by using (4) to cast the first cast of (3) which adds more to what you’re holding.
** PS: She has interactions with Viscous and Midboss that shows she has crushes on them, otherwise she's pretty haughty and sort of a cartoonishly "evil overlord who is actually incompetent" character.
