I like it but the camera kinda feel weak as it spots only 1 person and you need to be close by to take advantage of it (if it would do damage to the spotted target it would be okay)

It could be. If it is I would just upgrade the duration, and a damage element would be fine. Glad you like the concept.

Looking back at this I think the camera can be fixed by saying that it doesn't expire when it goes off, only when replaced. So then there is a point that you are continually watching and enemies will feel uncertain if they can safely go there.
