[Hero Concept] Dodger, Pint-Sized Pilferer

Introducing Dodger! An Irish traveller, this half-pint hoarder is designed to slip away the second your eye isn't on him; whether robbing your jungle blind or just setting up ambushes to bounce you around, pretty soon everyone in the neighborhood will want to chase this crafty bugger down, but... Oh crap, he was right here a second ago!




Armed with his... salvaged weaponry, Dodger can pepper enemies with his small auto-pistol prototype, complete with improv suppressor. (Just don't let McGinnis look too closely at it!)


"Watch your step~!"
With his Wire Traps, Dodger can close off travel routes for enemies. Sneak around and stop a retreat while your friends are battling, stop enemies from chasing you too far, or surprise someone skulking across the rooftops by bouncing them off into god-knows where.



"They're gonna have to pry it out of my cold, dead hands."
Got an enemy who's too close and cuddly? Billy may have the bat, but you're set for knocking it out of the park. Keep people from getting too close, or sneak up behind em and launch them into your team.



"That Gingerbread Man fella ain't got nuthin' on me."
Dodger lives up to his nickname because he's damn near impossible to catch, and he's bound to draw a lot of attention when he's running through the concrete jungle of the Cursed Apple, nabbing anything that ain't nailed down.



"YYYYOINK!"
Lastly, we have Dodger's ult, indulging his kleptomania. Grab the shinies! ALL the shinies. Though be careful: Dodger is very exposed when he's packing something away in his bag. (Stack limit of five, ideally.)



With all the insanity going on in New York, it's the perfect cover for Dodger to nab everything he can... just don't complain if your shoes end up at the Curiousity Shop.

I do welcome any kind of feedback; the numbers/stats obviously could use tweaking, it's more of a placeholder.

love the skill ideas here! like being able to collect jungle creeps sounds really unique and fun, and is super smooth and cohesive with the rest of his kit.

the only thing i'd change about the skills specifically is his passive, as i feel like it's overkill and that he'd be hard enough to catch already.
maybe instead of that he could have another ability relating to his compulsive collector stacks? like maybe a coin toss that decreases/depletes the amount of stacks you have, however the more stacks you have the more coins you throw.

about his visual design, i really love the scrappy kind of "take what you can get and make the most out of it" philosophy of his gun, and imo it should extend more to his shirt & hat, and maybe even his earring can be made out of scrap/salvage metal.
i cant find an image thats exactly what i'm talking about here, but maybe a shirt thats made from different materials/more rugged?

(this was the best example i could find, but there should be more clarity between the differing textures & such of the clothes)

and maybe for the hat he could be wearing an "i heart new york" or something else? just to show he's a traveler, maybe even a hat supporting the knicks?

anyways, glad to see more unique characters being added and hope to see more from dodger!

Thank you so kindly! His passive is designed to enable the other parts of his kit; he's very much a pick or hit-and-run type character. I definitely like the suggestion about his shirt as it is a bit basic, but that would also require him to get rid of his hood, obviously. I'll definitely consider the hat idea.
