Visual Aesthetic:

Deathcatcher is a grim mirror to the Drifter and similar to him. He wears a long, high-collar black trench coat with deep violet glowing trim. He wields a sleek, jet-black technological scythe with a glowing purple line running through the blade. During his Ultimate, the energy turns crimson, and blood droplets coat the steel.
  • Weapon: "The Withered Touch" – He fires energy bolts from his fingertips.
  • Unique Mechanic: Infinite ammo, but damage decays the longer he fires. Reloading restores full damage but costs a portion of his own Health.



Abilities:
1. The Harvest (Toggle)

Switches from finger-firing to Scythe Melee Stance.
  • Mechanic: Heavy attacks consume Stamina. Strikes performed during a Dash or Jump deal massive bonus damage.
  • Trade-off: Cannot use other abilities while the Scythe is drawn, but gains minor damage resistance.
2. Soul Reach
Throws the scythe in a straight line.
  • Active: Press again to teleport to the scythe's location.
  • Bonus: If the scythe hits a hero, it sticks to them, slowing the target until Deathcatcher arrives.
3. Death’s Shroud
Creates a thick cloud of violet fog at his feet.
  • Recast: Deathcatcher performs a rapid forward dash with a 150-degree horizontal cleave.
  • Stealth: At higher levels, grants invisibility while standing inside the fog.
4. ULTIMATE: Bloodhunt
Deathcatcher enters a state of pure killing intent. His scythe turns blood-red.
  • Duration: 20 seconds.
  • Refresh: 1st kill adds +10s, 2nd kill adds +5s. Further kills do not extend the timer.
  • Passive: Every kill fully restores all Stamina segments.
  • Buffs: Gains Life Steal and full immunity to Slows.



Upgrades (Ability Points):
  • Ability 1 (Harvest):
    • 1 AP: +15% Attack Speed. Faster weapon swapping.
    • 2 AP: Attacks apply "Wound" (reduces enemy healing by 20%).
    • 5 AP: Reaper's Frenzy: Using stamina for hits grants +10% Damage Resistance (stacks).
  • Ability 2 (Soul Reach):
    • 1 AP: +15m Range and faster travel speed.
    • 2 AP: Deals AoE damage upon teleporting.
    • 5 AP: CD reduced by 60% on hero hit. Resets on kill.
  • Ability 3 (Death's Shroud):
    • 1 AP: -8s Cooldown.
    • 2 AP: Grants invisibility inside the fog while not attacking.
    • 5 AP: Shadow Execution: Cleave deals +50% damage to targets below 40% HP.
  • Ability 4 (Bloodhunt):
    • 1 AP: +20% Spirit Resistance and Slow Immunity.
    • 2 AP: Kills grant an instant Dash towards the next nearest enemy.
    • 5 AP: Blood Thirst: Attacks steal 5% Max HP. Excess healing becomes a temporary Shield.
