Hero concept - Cleaver

"Cleaver"
Will sacrifice everything to win.

1 skill active "cleaver"
Swings the cleaver in front of you. Deals spiritual damage and also causes strong but short-term bleeding.

2 skill active "chain" (long range)
Cleaver throws a chain that wraps around the victim. The victim gets a slight slowdown (10-20 percent) and cleaver gets a bonus to movement speed if he moves towards the chain. (I think this skill should be thrown (like a hook in Bebop but fly faster, it shouldn't be difficult to hit) because it's more interesting)

3 skill "Blood and dread"
"Cleaver" slightly wounds himself with his cleaver (only visually he doesn't receive damage) and then swings it, splashing his blood. Enemies in his blood transfer part of their healing and recovery to him. (I thought about 3 skill but it turned out only this way)

4 active "Victim of the cleaver" (has no cooldown)
Press 4 and then select 1,2 or 3 skill, the skill you select will receive a boost and additional properties. By using the skill with ultimate it will get a big cooldown (70sec+-) and "Cleaver" will get a debuff of minus 12 percent of max HP. (that is, you can use all skills at once, but you will get a big cooldown for each skill and minus 36 percent of max HP, sacrifice everything to win)

Enhanced versions of skills

1 skill "Cleaver"
"Cleaver" goes into hysterics for the next 10 seconds. If there is an enemy in front of him (within the skill's reach), he hits him with his cleaver without stopping (I think the interval between hits is 0.5 seconds+-). Hitting with a cleaver inflicts spiritual damage and also causes strong but not long bleeding. (good in combination with 2 skill or with stuns of other characters black hole dynamo or something like that)

2 skill "Chain"
Throwing a chain at the enemy, he will get a stun (1 sec + -) and slow down a lot, and "Cleaver" will pull him a little (by 20 percent of the distance, that is, throwing from 10 meters, it will pull him 2 meters).

3 skill "Blood and dread"
"Cleaver" seriously injures himself and his blood splashes in all directions, hitting all enemies in the middle area (10-15m + -). All enemies transfer part of their healing to him, and "Cleaver" healing gives additional damage.

With each swing of his cleaver, he is getting closer to victory.
 
3 could reduce your max health

light melee yourself and lose max health equal to your heavy melee, spray blood on enemies in front of you to steal their healing and gain damage from the stolen healing.

this would make the healing more effective as you would regain the lost max health and effectively get to a higher level of health immediately after all the healing.
