[Hero Concept] "Chains & Sysiphus"

”Chains (Feat. Sysiphus)”
Binding. Escapist. Rollin’.
Bucket 2, normal dash, 2 Stamina
Lore: After being unjustly sent to Canary island for a murder he didn’t commit, Marxian Chains quickly realized In how much trouble he was. Luckily, the guards of the place coincidently chained his leg to Sysiphus, an old Man cursed by the gods and turned into a boulder for punishment. With his Experience, living in Canary island became a breeze, and to some extent Maxian started to like it there, But a certain Electric mass killer would make his do and create a full on Jailbreak. Now free, The duo seek the favour of the patrons to return to their past lives: Maxian with his Innocence, and Sysiphus with being less . . Solid.
Primary Weapon: “Culprit’s Innocence”
12 round, single fire with medium fall off and slightly low fire rate, but great damage and extra Headshot multipliers
Ability one: Yank and Pull
Chains throws Sysiphus in front of him, hitting and then yanking the enemy towards him with an aerial knockback.
Holding the ability will make it go slightly further and deal more damage (Like Viscous punch)
(80-120 damage, 20-25m range, 36 second cooldown, damage scales with spirit.)
1AP: After yanking, the enemy recieves 15% more weapon damage
2AP: +50 damage
5AP: -16s cooldown
Ability 2: “In this together”
Sysiphus coils around the selected enemy, tethering you to them (Like Vindicta's Stake) and dealing damage over time
If you brake line of sight for long enough, the tether breaks.
(20dps, 5s duration, 27 second cooldown, 10m tether range, dps scales with spirit.)
1AP: Tethered enemy has -1 stamina and -15% stamina recovery
2AP: +3s duration
5AP: -7s cooldown and Tether bounces towards nearby enemies 2 times
Ability three: “Inmovable”
You sacrifice movement speed for Extra damage resistance and Debuff resistance.
If you’re tethered to an enemy, the enemy also receives the decreased movement speed.
(-15% movement speed, +10% spirit, bullet and debuff resistance, 7s duration, 40 second cooldown, Decreased movement speed and bonus resistances scale slightly with spirit power)
1AP: +5 spirit and bullet resistance
2AP: Gain +10% fire rate and reload speed wile active
5AP: Become unstoppable for the entire duration
Ult: “Bigger and Boulder”
Sysiphus grows in size and you send him rolling in front of you.
Colliding with an enemy will make them get stuck in the rock as it rolls.
Hitting a wall will make all the enemies trapped receive damage and make Sysiphus automatically target the nearest enemy.
You cannot control Sysiphus while in this state.
(8s duration, 150 damage on wall hit, 5m size of the Rock, 180s cooldown)
1AP: Gain +5m/s for the entire Duration
2AP: +50 dmg on wall hit and +2s duration
5AP: +5m size of Sysiphus and he's now 50% faster
