Hero concept - "Chain"
Weapon: German Dolch pistol with automatic fire mode (meaning there are few bullets in the magazine, but the rate of fire is high)
Appearance: an escaped Canadian prisoner who mastered the rarest magic at that time - chain magic.

Lore details:
Eyewitnesses of the attempted execution of Seven say that the sorcerers hired to accurately kill Seven's soul were prevented from successfully performing the ritual, which helped Seven escape to freedom. Many prisoners and staff claimed that before the death penalty was assigned, Seven, as strange as it may be, became friends with one of the prisoners, who was also not found in his cell after Seven's escape.

The lore of the character itself:
From a young age, little Jake Prison was considered a cursed and possessed child. A 5-year-old boy's terrifying and unusual attraction to the occult and black magic repelled all the residents of a remote village in the forests of Canada. The manifestation of hatred, ridicule and daily attempts by residents to conduct a rite of exorcism increasingly awakened in the boy a detachment from society and hatred of people. Occultism attracted Jake's attention more and more. He heard spirits, found words of support and understanding in their phrases. A couple of years later, he completely immersed himself in black magic.
What did this lead to?
One day, a group of passers-by saw a small village burning brightly, but not with ordinary fire, but with a dark purple fire, characteristic of black magic.
Having compared all the facts, the authorities and the police decided that Jake Prison was to blame for the arson - the only person whose body was not found at the site of the fire. 12 years later, Jake is found exhausted and half-dead in the sewers, the police responded to all his words and requests with blows from a large bundle of chains, not allowing him to say a word in his defense, thereby awakening the real dark forces in him.
Request to the patron:
Live a quiet life without persecution and take revenge on all his offenders.

Skills:
1) Metal Statue
Chain places a metal immobile statue in front of himself. The statue does not let any type of projectiles pass through itself, including the skills of other characters, but has a durability of 700 units. Characters also cannot pass through the statue.
Notes:
* can have charges.
* the cooldown between placing statues is approximately 30 to 45 seconds.
* statues cannot be closer than 5 meters from each other.

2) Chains of Hatred
Chain curses an enemy hero. For 10 seconds, chains will grow from the ground around the cursed hero, slowing the cursed hero and his allies in the cursed area, dealing constant damage to him.
Notes:
* can be placed on an ally, then the chains around him will slow the enemies closest to him, but will not touch him.
* the slowdown of the cursed enemy will be 30%, and his allies in the affected area will be 20%.

3) Scourge of Despair
Chain strikes with a chain in front of him, dealing damage to the area with a range of 20 meters.
Interaction:

When targeting one of his statues with the ability, Chain can pull it to himself, stunning enemies that are hit by the pulled statue. After Chain has pulled the statue, he can throw it at the selected location with his whip, stunning enemies that are hit. After throwing, the statue is destroyed.
Alternative use:
When Chain targets one of his statues with the ability, he is pulled towards it and kicks it in the chosen direction. When it comes into contact with a character or an obstacle, it explodes into fragments in an area.
Notes:
* the stun effect is different from the usual stun effect, meaning it does not interrupt the use of abilities such as the ult dynamo, haze, mirage and others.
* after each of the ways to use "Lash of Despair", it goes into cooldown.
* when throwing a statue, it has its own ballistics (i.e. it falls to the ground over time).
* statues can have durability for throws (i.e. they do not break on the first throw) as the skill is pumped up

4) Conspiracy
Chain imposes a second type of his curse on the enemy, which binds him and the enemy with an unbreakable chain for 10 seconds. Both heroes can move in the chain, but the advantage of movement remains with Chain, that is, the enemy can move, but does not have an advantage in movement, that is, if the enemy makes a dash to the side, then he will not be able to move Chain from its place, but when Chain makes a dash to the side, then it will pull the connected enemy with itself. If there is an obstacle between the enemy and Chain, then it will be more difficult for Chain to move the enemy to its side because of the obstacle.
