[Hero Concept] - Angel - Melee Flight Character

I have some concepts, unlike my other one I sadly have not sketched the concept, but I wish to share

Angel.
a Melee Flight Character.
A glass-cannon gank character. You fly into enemies and deal more damage when close. You try to bait parries.

Medium-High Health.
4 Stamina

Gun:
Has Double guns.

Glide

Use in air to boost forward then start gliding. (ala SM64 wing cap)
Use stamina (dash) to boost forward in your facing direction.
Crashing into something at high speed will make an Explosion (Spirit dmg).

When you air Boost, you will drop several bombs (Spirit dmg).

Air Boost uses 60% stamina.

Wing Sweep

Sweep your wing knocking back nearby heroes (Melee dmg) and firing a wind gust with knockback (Spirit dmg).
You can hold to pull the wing up, protecting from front shots then release for a stronger Wind Gust.
Stops all momentum and pushes you backwards on use. (cancels glide.)
Can Melee cancel.

Wing block size and wind gust size and distance scales.

Halo

Passive -
Every 7 seconds, gain a Halo granting bullet evasion from far away.
It breaks if you are meleed. instantly if heavy.
Firing your gun for a bit breaks your halo.
While you have the Halo, nearby enemies take increased damage with lifesteal (Pure dmg).
Recharges over time.

Passive - (25s)
If you have your halo, your next parry nullifies and destroys enemy spells and items. (less priority than counterspell.)

Separate the Soul

Passive -
Your melees deal bonus Pure Damage. (~+7%)
This damage stacks while enemies are in your Halo. (~+4%, max 3 stacks.)
Passive - (70s)
Your next heavy melee will knock out the soul from an enemy.
They need to fly back to their body to perform any action (though you can knock their soul away.)
The soul approaches faster over time.
