Basically the Heart of Tarrasque from Dota 2. Would be really cool to see some multi-universe interactions in Valve games.

Cost: 6300 souls
Description: Increases your health, health regeneration speed and damage.
Stats:
Health - +800
Health regen - +5/s
Bullet damage - +40

Heart of Tarrasque exists as Fortitude, 3000 souls green item that regens your health when not taken damage for 12 seconds, I think its quite strong to stay out on the map, doesnt grant regen in combat however.
