I was testing healing booster with heal nova to see if https://forums.playdeadlock.com/thr...ork-with-boon-scaling-items-abilities.125693/ was still bugged, which it is, but in doing so realized that heal nova consistently heals you less than what is stated by the tooltip, unless you get lucky with server ticks and somehow get an extra tick of healing.
It looks like you normally get 18 ticks of healing, which doesn't add up to the tooltip for whatever reason, but if you get lucky and get 19 ticks of healing you suddenly get more.
