I drop off the zipline and Paradox uses Kinetic Carbine on it. Once it is over I activate my ultimate but nothing happens, Paradox is well within the Bullet Storm radius but no bullets come out of my gun. You can see my movespeed increase in the overhead footage when I ultimate, showing that the Kinetic Carbine slow is over. It is only in the final 10% of my ultimate that bullets begin to shoot out of my gun. The overhead footage really captures the whole event much better than the PoV footage.
