Hardcore cheating

This is not evidence too i guess hes just uber good and shooting graves there was his peak reaction he saw shadow

And ofc zoom in mina kill there every pro zooms when enamie is in its face thats how u play xD
Again, no need to be snarky. Perhaps if you learnt to pick better clips, structure your communication better and get rid of the snarky attitude, maybe perhaps Valve would care, okay?

replays are not accurate, aiming especially. wont say the guy didnt cheat cause i wasnt in that game, but replays arent evidence of anything.
Agree, seen this happen in Apex and Valorant (they just recently added replays in the game and instantly had the same issue with "synchronization") which is kinda fucked up in terms of catching cheaters / understanding how others play.

Still I would suggest going with "if it looks too good to be true, it probably isn't true" aka if dude hits shots while looking at the ground, it kinda 99.9999% is hacks rather than replay de-sync issue :)
Same with instant ult = dude kills Graves before even scope animation comes up.

Honestly I don't know why so many people go other way around - when seeing sus stuff demand like 1000% obvious proof otherwise defend people in question? You know that if a person is not total ape, hiding hacks to an extent where it is 50/50 aka not definitive is kinda easy? :)

Ye and u can see on first video and second that he ults before scope animation and every ult was like that like every he didnt aim for one second just auto scope and kill when its killshot with 100% accuracy
