Half of chatwheel broken

The buttons still work, but do not display. Tried to reset chat wheel and to validate game files to no avail.

i also have this issue randomly. resetting the chat wheel to default and full restarting the game are the only things that fix this for me, it usually happens after i change the wheel

I have had this issue for the past several months. I was hoping the new patch might fix it, but it's still persistent. When I launch the game, it's working and looking fine, but after the second game, all my custom chat wheel options disappear, so I had to learn what they are off the top of my head.

Notably, the options that disappear are specifically my custom options. The ones I haven't changed from the default never disappeared.
