Gray talon's Guided Owl Does not give stacks if the killing blow is dealt by tankbuster

This is a very weird bug, but I have noticed it across a few games. With gray talons ultimate (Guided Owl), You get the spirit power if the target dies within 3 seconds from hitting the owl. If you kill the target with tankbuster though, you do not get any stacks.

tankbuster has a base 40 damage

it happens without it, mystic burst does it too (or something else and It just doesn't work) have the clip too (don't mind the skin)
