Grave Marker - T2 Weapon Active Item

Mixture between an assassin and support item. Primary idea is to have this item be used as a way to call for someone's death. Either as an assassin character before initiating an ambush, or as a support during a team fight, guiding teammates and accumulating multiple stacks in quick succession. Would be pretty easily countered by Dispel Magic, hence the lower cost, but I think it would be a pretty interesting mirror to Spirit Sap. The high CD also provides another item for Transcendent CD to get some big value off of, not a lot of high CD actives.

Numbers would most certainly need to be tweaked. I think 60s CD is a bit extreme in hindsight even with the refresh on K/A schtick, and I think I'd let the item start with 2 stacks much like how egg starts w/ 400 souls so it doesn't feel like an empty buy at first like Trophy Collector. All in all though, I'd just really like to have an active item that's a bit more interactive than many of the current set and forget ones, along with something that brings back what curse ambush playstyles used to feel like.
