Got permanently banned for playing on Paige

So i was playing support Paige, and at the end of the match it just kicked me and turned me in to the frog
(Match ID: 58373398) i was not cheating or using any soft to help me play, i guess maybe it's the gun that Paige has. And the replay of the match crashes the game at the point when it banned me.

i am from russia we all use one program i think it's not exactly a vpn service but it allows to use discord and youtube, so most of us use it, and i didn't hear any problems from my friends that uses it and plays deadlock

I've been noticing most of the posts saying this are from russians, so it is possible that that's causing problems. Like legitimately the last 3 I saw were from a russian.
