Sorry if this issue has already been discussed, but I just got this issue in a game (67991830) where I had a global whirring sound that I believe is Wraith's card sfx that plays globally and only is fixed upon disconnecting and reconnecting. 4th video clip (longest clip) is the first time that I believe the sound became global, but my lane was really chaotic and I don't have a good grasp of when exactly the sound exactly began.
