Getting temp ban for a match that didn't even show up

I was in a queue for a couple of minutes until I got a pop up that tells me that I can't start a queue if there's a match in progress. But the match never showed up, there was no loading screen, I was in the queue the whole time, there was no option to join or rejoin anything. And then a minute later I got a notification that I'm banned for 15 minutes or something like that.

I got it too but then was banned for 2 hours oof
