Getting banned from game modes when game crashes?

Hello,

For the second time in 24 hours, I have been banned from all game modes because I tried to join a street brawl match, but then my game crashed before I even joined. When I come back to the game, it says I've been banned. It happened again just about 15 minutes ago today. Is there any way to dispute/appeal this?

This has been happening for me with normal matches as well.

Except for me it doesnt crash, just has a long loading screen and then returns me to the lobby.

Hi! I've been banned for no reason too. It happened the same thing that you are saying, tried to log in into street brawl, game never got inside the match, i tried to reconnect several times but i coudn't. Just restarted the game and I'm banned (not for long) but i just wanted to let know that this happened hoping for a fix!

Now I'm banned until the 19th because my PC crashed. I'm about done with this game. I have 1,103.5 hours into the game and i cant even play.
