general item opinions, trophy collector/capacitor rework ideas

Hello. There's bound to be a few items in the game that are niche/overshadowed, but I think boon mechanic also contributed to them being underwhelming. Basically, I think boon scaling can be done right and wrong:
Done right: Cultist sacrifice: gives you stats that scale with boons, so it doesn't really fall off and gives good bonuses up until deep late game
Done wrong: Heal items(Radiant regeneration, Restorative locket, Healing nova). These items in my opinion are only good early because of their flat values, and then fall off massively in mid to late, since their scaling is basically flat additive. two ways to adjust the items would be either making the scaling progression smoother, or nerfing them in early game and giving them spirit scaling so they actually do things in mid to late.


Item equivalents from Dota and good mechanics that should be used:
Trophy collector is a really gimmicky item that is finally worth it since the buff, but I think it could be less risky to buy if the stack mechanic was reworked into item levels: you buy an item that starts at level 1 and provides underwhelming bonuses. As the game goes on, you get more trophies, so item levels up and provides better stats, eventually capping at some point.
Nullify/Purge mechanics: Dota has a multitude of items that purge or nullify enemy debuffs or self buffs:Eul's, Lotus, Nullifier, BKB, Satanic, Manta, etc. Deadlock is really lacking in this department, one of the only purges being DB and Remover. a workaround could be adding purge effects to more items, or adding more purge items. What I would also like to add is that capacitor should absolutely not be the only item to purge the positive effects, it only being good on gun carries. Also a big point being it building from Tesla bullets, the item that feels extremely good because it provides great dps increase. In my opinion, a nullify item shouldn't feel good to buy(like in dota the item provides very lackluster stats) and should only serve the purpose of purging enemy buffs, while being cheaper and not being built from a farm item(that could upgrade into something else like better teslas with a Mjolnir effect). In conclusion, separating capacitor and teslas would help more characters have an option against self buff enemies(fury transe, full auto, vamp burst barriers etc etc) while also helping deal with barrier heavy meta(looking at paige).
