TLDR:
When spending gold with a bag there is a delay before the bag gets depleted/deleted from the game. (Look at the red vs green souls texts)
If you die with all your gold spent, whether by suicide or enemy - it drops your bag to the floor anyway.
Imagine having a 2,000 bag and then you buy a 3,200 item - then suicide and the bag drops and your teammate picks it up then repeats the cycle. This can lead to an insane income of infinite gold.

Frankly something that ought to just be added to the tab overlay instead of having to keep track of X-time passing for rejuv yourself
Im seeing people who dont play with much mods (at most Yamato redesign, and Shiv's using
"Hea[l]th Color Based on Percentage") use this one as well
