Game resetting ability quickcast options on launch

This has been an issue for months and months and not fixed in any patches but everytime I open the game my quickcast option is reset to default, no other keybinds just quickcast but only for abilites not items, this is frustrating cause I always forget and then try and mo and krill ult and then I have to press to confirm instead of just ulting

Bumping this because it's still an issue and it messes me up constantly.
I personally always have this issue with Dynamo's Quantum Entanglement.

I'm on build 5665
Running Pop!_OS Linux 22.04 (so i'm playing through proton)
