which linux distro? which protom version youre using? do you have wine on your pc?

People that play the game on linux, are you guys getting better FPS on it?
I've got an old pc with i5 4570K and GTX 1060.

Wondering if it will deadlock will run faster on CatchyOS or other distros because of valves latest updates to proton.

Game runs like shit on windows 11 - even after fresh install

This game is very CPU bound, I'm struggling to run it properly with my i7 10875H/RTX 2080 Super Max-Q machine, and it runs even worse on my Fedora install using Proton (around 10-20FPS slower with more stutters).

Your CPU might be getting a bit too old to run this game, and I don't think running it on Linux will improve that (especially as 10-series cards aren't supported anymore in the latest drivers, and these driver updates improve the Linux performance a bit every update).
