My game randomly disappeared from the library after many weeks of playing, i haven't done anything to get banned that I'm aware of is this a known bug? does anyone have a fix for this?

How often could it happen that you were banned for abandoned games?
You may have exceeded the limit on the number of abandoned games.
Also can I find out where the game was obtained from.
Did your friend invite you or did you buy an invite?
If your friend invited you, then find out if his other friends have a similar problem.

i have only abandoned 1 game.
None of my friends have had this issue.
i did not buy an invite.
