Game lagging in the form of freezing even though my internet is fine.

The game suddenly stutters during which the game gets back to previous seconds before and redoes actions made until reaching a complete freeze where I can still talk to teammates, hear current actions and even cast abilities even though my screen is frozen, or more acurrately jittering and holding the same state.

This has been an issue for the past 2 weeks.
