Message is Spammed in Logs after Around 5 Seconds of Loading into a Game (Even with no players or bots)

I can explore nyc with ok frames and such, but when I load into a bot or custom game (Even with no Bots) This gets spammed when I'm put on Zipline. I believe it is lagging my game to an unplayable state.

In Explore NYC im at avg 45 frames on lowest settings, and during this I'm at avg 13 frames lowest settings. This bug is very consistent for me.
