Game fails to load in the match, black screen with UI assets

The game freezes at the start of the match (regardless of the game mode) with the black screen instead of any and all 3D assets.
The only things present on screen are some UI elements (example below). No keyboard or mouse input seems to return any result. Alt-tabbing out of the game results in a soon crash

upd: Switching between DX11 and Vulkan renders produced the same results

Can confirm this issue, you've got to quit game via taskmanager and then rejoin the match
