Game crashing because of FPS

Hello there, so after like one year of playing with fps lock on 55, this is one solution to stop game crashing start\mid\late game (or even in lobby) with out any error window. Game just crashing...
I tried everything, undervolting, changes in bios, last drivers, old drivers, something cause to crash game in random (this is the most important) time of game!
i got: Intel core i7-10870H CPU @ 2.20GHz (16 cpus) 2.2GHz
32GB ram
and geforce 3070 8gb
i know maybe my laptop not peak, but before global update with 3 lines game was perfectly running on high settings, also in addition does not matter which setting do i put, because i can play only with FPS LOCK on 55, this only one thing that stop crashing game every time and i got crashes less

i got 300hz monitor on laptop, and yes i need more fps to play smootly, but this crashes cause me to play on 55...
