Game crashed, Rejoined, 6hr Ban... :(

Was 35 min into a game when the game suddenly crashed, "stuck at downloading content 0%". Verified the game files ( took about 5 min). Rejoined, Won the game and STILL got a 6 hour ban. Pllz
