The game crashed right after I found a match. I tried to close it, but nothing worked, so I had to open Task Manager and force it to close. When I logged back in, the match had already started, and I saw the classic red warning sign in the top left corner. After the match ended, I realized I had been banned. Fair? I don’t think so.
I want to clarify that this is the second time I’ve been banned in less than a month—not for quitting or anything like that, but because I live in an area with frequent power outages and surges. Several times, the power has gone out mid-game, or there’s been a surge. My router is connected to a surge protector, but when the power goes out, it doesn’t turn back on until five minutes later or until the voltage stabilizes. I never complained before, even though it wasn’t my fault.
I always took responsibility, even when I had to play with 140ms ping, matched with Russians and people I honestly don’t even want to deal with. But this time, it’s just unfair. Not only did I get banned, but now I have to win eight matches to get back in. Honestly, I don’t even feel like touching the game anymore.
