Crosshair reset Crashed my game and got me banned.

I queued and was trying to adjust my crosshair hit reset and At the same time it loaded me into the game which crashed in the process and in relaunching my game i tried to rejoin and everyone was hitting the T pose in mid air and after waiting a few minutes trouble shooting I reset the game in hopes it'd fix the problem but instead i was banned for 6 hours.

My main concern is one more crash and/or crazy scenario and I'm banned for longer.

I just got back into the game and i don't want this to ruin it for me.
