It's happened to me once every second day, first 2 times it happened it actually reset my PC so I updated my drivers and changed frame rate limits. Today I've had it happen twice but it's only crashed the game and when it happened another friend in lobby had their game crash too.
The only pattern I've noticed was looking at this wall/corner.
