Game crashed after trying to reconnect, and now it doesnt even start up after

While playing, some abilities like infernus dash, yamato etc make your frames drop hard. The only fix to this apart from waiting and not being able to play for 5-10 minutes is to quickly disconnect and reconnect. When doing this, I clicked reconnect at the hideout and then the game froze and crashed. Then everytime I tried to open the game it just reached the screen after Valve. then it crashed. This will probably cause a ban. Will it be possible to revert that at least.

Apart from that, some abilities needs to be optimized, because its gotten very bad over the past year. This is the first patch Im having frame drop when there is a teamfight and feels really bad.

The fix was restart my pc, sadly there is some bug that happens when you try to reconnect to fast that crashes your game. Not sure if thats the cause but thats what I did
