Random idea,
An Anthro Hyena warrior princess type character with sustain and damage but is relatively slow, her healing and damage ramp up the longer she's in a fight she has a war cry type attack that slows enemies down and buffs nearby allies,
backstory, idk maybe she found a maelstrom portal in Australia and entered it and ended up in New York, now she wants to get back to Australia as her wish, since animal like beings are denied transit or something i don't know
something like this for abilities
1: Axe spin. she swings her axe around in a 180 degree area in front of her, hitting enemy Characters (Troopers, Camps, and the Mini Boss will not give you a stack) a stack of Bravado (Note, Bravado will only be gained when Her 3 passive has been unlocked) , as well as applying a stack of Intimidation to the enemy hit (Intimidation does apply on enemy Troopers, and Camps, similar to how Billy's Passive works)
Intimidation is a negative status effect that can stack up to 3 times, Intimidation inflicts a -6% fire rate debuff, a +6% Cooldown debuff (does not effect ultimate abilities or item cooldowns) , and a -4% damage debuff. the damage debuff ONLY effects damage done to YOU when the enemy is within a 25m range of you, this damage debuff is not applied when the enemy surpasses 25m from your location, but is reapplied if you or the enemy gets back within range.
Upgrades:
base: cooldown 6 on a successful hit, 12 seconds on a miss, range 5m seconds 80 melee/gun damage with a 0.6x multiplier gained from items that increase melee or gun damage.
attacks are almost instant, thin slower than mina's rake, but faster than drifter's claws
Intimidation stacks last 8 seconds each, and if someone has 3 stacks it will take 24 seconds for them all to diminish (they diminish in increments of 1, so if you have 3 stacks, after 6 seconds if non are reapplied you will have 2 stacks, and so on)
t1 increases range to 8 meters, +2 seconds to Intimidation stack duration
t2 damage scaling from 0.6x to 1x and an increase in base damage by +25
t3 Axe spin angle increased to a full 360 area, removes the miss cooldown penalty, Intimidation debuffs increased to -10 firerate, +10% cooldown debuff, -6% damage debuff
2: Cruel Laughter: She lets out a cackle unnerving enough to make even the most seasoned mercenaries think twice before approaching, enemies within a 20m radius will be slowed by 25% for 3 seconds, and receive 1 stack of Intimidation, allies within a 25m radius will find her cackles strangely inspiring, nearby friendly units and characters will receive a 45% fading movement speed buff fading rapidly over about 1.5 seconds, as well as a 25% fire rate boost lasting 8 seconds. these boosts only effect allied troopers/summons by half (a reverse heroic aura)
You will be healed based on how many Bravado stacks you have, each stack heals an amount, similar to effect as restoring locket.
Base: cooldown 30 seconds, range 20m-25m (enemies and allies respectively) debuff 25% slow 0.3x spirit scaling, buffs 45% fading MS 0.3x spirit scaling, 25% firerate 0.3x spirit scaling
Bravado Heal (only heals when Bravado passive is unlocked) And this Heal will use up all of your current Bravado stacks
1 bravado stack heals 50 hp with a 0.2x spirit scaling and a 1.4x hp scaling multiplier
t1 increases range of enemy debuff to 25m and ally buff to 30m
t2 reduces cooldown by 15 seconds increases debuff spirit scaling from 0.3x to 0.4x and heal spirit scaling from 0.2x to 0.4x
t3 increases duration of all effects from slow/3s - 5s fading movement speed 1.5s-2s firerate/8s-12s. and increases base bravado heal from 50hp per stack to 65 hp per stack
3: Bravado Passive
Hyena Chieftainess' have a tendency to be overly confident and bashful, show them what happens when you mess with a chieftainess!
You will gain a stack of Bravado via these sources/methods
every 150 damage received within a 1 second window (burst damage)
every player you hit with Axe spin (1)
1 after using Cruel Laughter (2) (so you will usually always have at least 1 at all times)
Each stack of Bravado lasts 4 seconds, Bravado stacks dimmish 1 at a time, and the duration is refreshed if a new stack of Bravado is gained, or if player damage is received within the 4 seconds (minimum)
Bravado provides you with a 1% Bullet and Spirit resistance (these resistances will be effected by over abundance fall off, like how building spirit resistance items gets less effective the more spirit resistance you have)
at base the max stacks you can have is 15
resistances are not scaled by hp,spirit,bullet, or melee damage
t1 duration of Bravado increases 4->6 seconds
t2 Bravado stacks are no longer effected by enemy shreds (I.e spirit shred, bullet resistance shredder, etc) Max Bravado stacks increased to 20
t3 Each Bravado Stack resistance is increased from 1% to 1.2% and Max stacks is now 30
Ultimate (4): Chieftainess' Command
utter a sacred ancestral rite of your people, temporarily gaining Unstoppable, a +2.5 MS boost and a Damaging aura around you, upon using Command you gain your max amount of Bravado (4) stacks
Base: cooldown: 160 seconds, Aura range 5m, duration 10 seconds, aura damage 25 spirit damage per tick (it deals damage every .5 seconds)
damage and duration are influenced by spirit scaling
damage is 0.8x and duration is 0.03x
t1, reduced cooldown 160-120 seconds
t2 spirit scaling increased from
damage 1x and duration to 0.04x and upon using your ultimate you heal for an equivalent to a max Bravado (3) stack Cruel Laugh (2)
t3 Upon using your ultimate, you send out an enhanced Cruel Laugh (2) granting you and your allies a temporary improved version which gives all the positive ally effects a 2x effectiveness, this special version does not inflict enemies with the movement speed debuff, Enemies within your damaging aura have their movement Items, Stamina, and Abilities Silenced for the duration they are within it, (note that the ultimate's damage range goes upwards a bit, to prevent people from just jumping to use their movement abilities)
Weapon: Cat's Meow
a short range sawed off double barrel shotgun
effective range is 0-7m, and starts rapidly falling off past 8,
base damage is 8 per pellet, and each shot fires 6 pellets.
ammo capacity, as its a double barrel it only has 2 shots, however she has learnt to rapidly reload, taking about 0.5 or 1 (depending on what you find balanced) second to reload it
melee, as she carries an axe, naturally her melee is her brass knuckles, she has a base light melee damage of 50 and a heavy of 110, this scales however it does in game, and is slightly less damaging than Abrams' fists, like Billy using your light melee's will not stop your reload time, heavy melee's still do however.
base stats, i don't really understand Deadlock's base stats, but i think that she would have a base negative to spirit resistance, to hopefully help balance out her resistance/tank focused play style to round out the max spirit resistance she can achieve
