After this update whenever a hero uses an ability near me my screen gets all laggy despite ingame and steam FPS counter staying at 60fps and ping not changing. I have tried dropping all graphical settings, reinstalling the game, and restarting my PC, and unfortunately the issue still persists. I tried making a recording to post with this report but the issue doesnt show up on the recording software which is even more strange. I only get this issue in this game however
