frame drops, when opening shop/scoreboard

work around: 1. have a beast pc. 2. turn limited fps off lol

When I open the shop or leaderboard my frame drops to 30-40 same happens to the scoreboard aswell. sometimes they spike up realtiv fast sometimes they stick around 40fps for quite some time...

It's an old enough bug, I think Valve knows about it. But it is unknown when it will be repaired)
