This isn't cheating, it's a bug. Shake is right to report it.
It seems to be the Chinese font causing the letters to try to be vertical, or something else taking too much height.
I would see if you can close and reopen the game, go to match history, and report. The problem might not be consistent.

This player is likely using a cheating program, so I want to report them. However, when I tried to report, the button on this report screen not showed

I meant that the problem you reported here wasn't a cheating issue. Cheating issues don't go here (a Bug Reports forum), but formatting issues preventing you from reporting DO go here.
You can report a player through the menu at any time, not just when you finish a match. Your match history will still have that match in it. However, even if the formatting was correct, you cannot report cheating in game. You still need to do it through the discord- be sure to include the Match ID included in the match summary screen.
