I have tested fleetfoot with Vindicta:
After i press Fleetfoot, shoot 1 bullet, reload, i will have a smaller magazine, while Description states that i should have it for whole 3 seconds of the Duration. (I bought increased Duration to make sure Vindicta reloads before effect runs out). So, new effect is more like "Get 30% ammo for your current magazine". Another issue, is that - if i shoot 1 bullet and then i reload (32/33 mag), it will lead to Vindicta to reload to a smaller mag (27/27), while it was fixed in a recent patch.
