Not sure if intended but with the shop rework quicksilver reload and it's new upgrade mercurial magnum can proc when you have a full magazine. This leads to strange/unintended gameplay consequences. For example on Infernus you usually would imbue catalyst with quicksilver so you had a reliable way to quickly reload. However Infernus generally likes to use catalyst first thing in a fight for the damage amp which with these item changes leads to you wasting the reload. So now you're left in a scenario where you have to pick between two negatives. Do you pop catalyst for the damage amp but lose out on the reload or do I hold catalyst and miss out on damage amp so that you can get the reload?
I have two potential suggestions.
1) Roll things back to work like quicksilver previously worked where you can't proc the effect with a full magazine.
OR
2) Change the reload effect to be +ammo% similar to vampiric burst. This way if you have a full magazine and proc the effect you no longer waste the "reload" you just add more ammo to your current mag or you could effectivley reload your mag when empty by just adding ammo into it.
