Its legit unplayable atm, you either gonna stomp or get stomped. The rank jumps that happened significatly worsen mm and since the April 1st event it gotten even worse (i doubt it has anything to do with that). Personally, in Oracle lobbies despite if your on the winning side or not its almost guaranteed that there will be either new players with less than 10 games or players that are completely out of their ranks. Based on complaints it seems like that happens in majority of the ranks and gets progressively worse the higher you climb.
